Stars

Running Totals: +$69.15/3005
+138ptbb/3005 (+4.6ptbb/100)

I'm picking these hands more or less at random. They might or might not be interesting. They will mostly be big pots, though.

MP: $91.70
CO: $109.50
BTN: $60.05
SB: $29
Hero (BB): $55.05
UTG: $49.25
UTG+1: $10.75

Pre-Flop: 7s Ks dealt to Hero (BB)
4 folds, BTN raises to $1.50, SB folds, Hero calls $1 He's a habitual stealer. Planning to take it away on the flop

Flop: ($3.25) 2d 5d 2s (2 Players)
Hero bets $3, BTN calls $3 Unexpected

Turn: ($9.25) 7d (2 Players)
Hero checks,I caught a piece, probably the best piece. Pot control and to let him bluff if he was re-restealing BTN bets $8, Hero calls $8

River: ($25.25) 3s (2 Players)
Hero checks,Not a scary card. Should call behind in the interest of pot control. BTN bets $14.50, Hero raises to $42.55 and is All-In,Don't like this. Spewy. I have enough to catch him on a steal and there is a possible flush, straight or trips out there BTN calls $28.05

Results: $110.35 Pot ($3 Rake)
BTN showed Td 9d (a flush, Ten high) and WON $107.35 (+$52.30 NET)
Hero showed 7s Ks (two pair, Sevens and Deuces) and LOST (-$55.05 NET)

This villain and I had sparred a lot. That's where a big chunk of his stack came from. He folded to a couple of these before.

MP1: $69.20
MP2: $50
CO: $50.25
BTN: $29.35
Hero (SB): $53.95
BB: $216.45
UTG: $29.70
UTG+1: $17.05

Pre-Flop: Kh Th dealt to Hero (SB)
6 folds, Hero raises to $2, BB calls $1.50

Flop: ($4) 6s 6c 7s (2 Players)
Hero bets $2.50,Just a steal BB raises to $5, Hero calls $2.50 Two overcards at 4.5:1. Not really enough here, unless I think he checks behind on the turn

Turn: ($14) Jc (2 Players)
Hero checks, BB bets $4.50, Hero calls $4.50 Check-calling to try and take it on the turn

River: ($23) 2s (2 Players)
Hero bets $13, He nearly folded. I'm clumsily representing a draw (this is one of the ways I would play a flush draw, the other being to raise the turn, but if he knows that I don't know). I did not have a clear plan here, so I can't call this a proper bluff BB calls $13

Results: $49 Pot ($2.35 Rake)
Hero showed Kh Th (a pair of Sixes) and LOST (-$24.50 NET)
BB showed 9h 7d (two pair, Sevens and Sixes) and WON $46.65 (+$22.15 NET)

I don't know what this is. Fugly, obv. but other than that.

CO: $66.65
BTN: $36.05
SB: $20.20
BB: $25.10
Hero (UTG): $75.50
UTG+1: $56.80
MP: $32.55

Pre-Flop: 5d Jc dealt to Hero (UTG)
Hero raises to $1.50 I do this from time to time. I think this table might have been weak, 3 folds, BTN raises to $3 BTN was a restealer, or I suspected him of it, 2 folds, Hero raises to $5.50 Building a big pot OOP with minraises is +EV., BTN calls $2.50

Flop: ($11.75) 5s 3s Qd (2 Players)
Hero bets $6, BTN raises to $17, Hero raises to $30.55 I'm trying to push him out, hoping he's either FOS or on AKo, BTN calls $13.55 and is All-In

Turn: ($72.85) Qs (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: ($72.85) Ad (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: $72.85 Pot ($3 Rake)
BTN showed As Ks (a flush, Ace high) and WON $69.85 (+$33.80 NET)
Hero showed 5d Jc (two pair, Queens and Fives) and LOST (-$36.05 NET)

I'm not sure how bad this one is. I'm looking at the Ace on the turn of making it more likely he has QQ-88 than Ax.

MP2: $9.50
CO: $20.70
BTN: $33.80
SB: $43.75
Hero (BB): $61.90
UTG: $50
UTG+1: $48.75
UTG+2: $92.65
MP1: $51.35

Pre-Flop: Kd Ks dealt to Hero (BB)
4 folds, MP2 calls $0.50, 2 folds, SB calls $0.25, Hero raises to $2.50, MP2 folds, SB calls $2

Flop: ($5.50) 2d 7h Ac (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4, SB calls $4

Turn: ($13.50) Ah (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $7.50, SB raises to $21 I don't think calling here is terrible if he's looking at the second Ace same way I am. Of course, I don't know if he is, Hero calls $13.50

River: ($55.50) Qs (2 Players)
SB bets $16.25 and is All-In, Hero calls $16.25 This is worse, but I'm getting a good price for this to be JJ-88

Results: $88 Pot ($3 Rake)
SB showed 7s 7c (a full house, Sevens full of Aces) and WON $85 (+$41.25 NET)
Hero mucked Kd Ks and LOST (-$43.75 NET)

I'll close out with this one, because I'm seeing a depressing pattern. Too much double-street floating and CR bluffing. Being OOP is also killing me (see J5 hand above).

Nothing very think-worthy here. Free look at a flop, get second-nut straight with two diamonds and get it all in. My heart sunk on the river, but turns out I was ok. I was confident it wasn't a straight (and you'd need a hell of a read to fold this anyway) especially when he pushed the CO out.

MP2: $57.50
CO: $9.90
BTN: $6.60
SB: $64
Hero (BB): $147.70
UTG: $57.75
UTG+1: $66.70
UTG+2: $47.50
MP1: $69.05

Pre-Flop: 7d 4s dealt to Hero (BB)
3 folds, MP1 calls $0.50, MP2 folds, CO calls $0.50, 2 folds, Hero checks

Flop: ($1.75) 6d 5s 8d (3 Players)
Hero checks, MP1 bets $1.50, CO calls $1.50, Hero raises to $6.50, MP1 raises to $14.50, CO folds, Hero raises to $147.20 and is All-In, MP1 calls $54.05 and is All-In

Turn: ($140.35) Js (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

River: ($140.35) Qd (2 Players - 1 is All-In)

Results: $140.35 Pot ($3 Rake)
Hero showed 7d 4s (a straight, Four to Eight) and WON $137.35 (+$68.30 NET)
MP1 mucked 6s 6c and LOST (-$69.05 NET)

Back to 25NL for me.
