That was a lot of fun. Which is what I went in looking for, especially given that this was outside my bankroll and tourney/SH skill/experience level. The structure was great, my stack was in the 70-150BB range most of the time, until the late levels (although I was in the top four of chips most of the time, the average stack was still in the 40-50BB range a lot). Maybe Party has made me hate tourneys more than I should.

I won a couple of lucky spots (A8s vs. ATo and... two overs vs. a pair on the flop, I think) but lost a couple as well, so luck wasn't a huge factor (although it's lucky to win the early all in and lose the late flip for 15% of your stack). Once we hit the final three I went for broke intending to go heads up in top gear with great chips (three way was roughly 13K, 7.5K (me), 6.5K) and the shorty proved better at it than me (and more willing to tangle with the big stack). I ended up with broke. Well, $43 to make up for the cash madness.
