First SNG: horrible bust out. Four way pot in the BB with 46o. Flop comes J46r. I check, there's a bet behind to 160, a call, SB folds and I make it 560. Original raiser folds, caller calls. Turn is an icky 7, I check, he checks. River is a Q, I bet about 240 with 600 behind as a block. He reraises all in and I call. He flips QJ for a river suckout (although I think his play on the flop-turn was more likely to be a straight or a draw, maybe a set, than a stray Jack (since a jack wouldn't be strong enough to stand up to that much pressure normally). So i didn't play it very well and maybe got what I deserved, but I still feel cheated. Perfect.
Second SNG: I won an early coin flip (AJ from the button versus a seemingly loose guy preflop pushing with 55) which gave me the freedom to be more aggressive than in the other tourney. Then I played one utter donkey hand where I was too aggressive with top pair on a board that gave me every chance to escape and ended up losing to a flopped set. Bah.
So I think I need to get my head back into the game a lot more. I know how to win SNGs, and I can certainly do a lot better than this. So I foolishly opened a third SNG even though I'm clearly not in a good frame of mind for this. (I'm playing it while I type this, which also isn't helping). I ended up going all in with AQ and getting called by two guys with 99 and JJ. I lost.
So my bankroll is now tiny. I won't lose too much sleep over it, but I really would like to put some money back in to my account. A couple of good finishes will get me back on track.
